Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms
By creating a Boostr account or using the Boostr app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Boostr.
The service
Boostr gives your business a QR code and hosted review card. When a customer scans it, they're shown links to leave a review on the platforms you've connected (Google, and — on paid plans — Yelp and Facebook). Boostr also shows you scan and click statistics on paid plans.
Your account
You must provide accurate business information and are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Boostr is for one business per account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your review page, QR code, stats, and feedback.
Subscriptions and billing
Boostr offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription, billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings on your Apple device (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from the Boostr app, which links there directly. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — Boostr cannot issue refunds directly.
Review platforms
Boostr links your customers to third-party review platforms it does not control or operate. You're responsible for following each platform's own rules about soliciting reviews — Yelp, for example, discourages businesses from asking customers for reviews. Boostr does not guarantee that any review will be posted, kept up, or rated a particular way, and isn't responsible for those platforms' availability, content, or policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Boostr to solicit fake, incentivized, or otherwise inauthentic reviews; to send unlawful or unsolicited messages; to misrepresent your business; or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business information, logo, and branding you upload. By uploading it, you grant Boostr a license to display it as part of your review card and the service generally. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Boostr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular number or rating of reviews.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boostr isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Boostr in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Boostr after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
