I signed up but the app is still showing the setup screen.
This usually means your session didn't carry over from a previous install. On the first screen, tap 'Already have an account? Sign in' and sign in with your email and password. Your profile and QR code will load automatically.
My QR code save or share button does nothing.
The app needs photo library access to save your QR code. Go to iOS Settings → Boostr → Photos and allow access, then try again.
The confirmation email link didn't work.
Email confirmation is no longer required. If you received an old confirmation email, ignore it and sign in directly using your email and password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Boostr and cancel from there. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I change my Google review link?
Yes. In the app, go to Settings → your review link and tap to edit. Changes take effect on your card immediately.
I want to delete my account and all my data.
Email us at support@tryboostr.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
