Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They scan your QR code with their phone camera and land on your review page in the browser. One tap opens Google (or Yelp, or Facebook) — that’s it.
Is asking for reviews even allowed?
Yes — Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. What’s not allowed is filtering who gets asked based on how happy they are ("review gating"), which Boostr never does. Every customer sees the same page.
How is this different from Podium or Birdeye?
