What we collect
When you create a Boostr account, we collect your email address, business name, trade, and city. You may also provide review platform URLs (Google, Yelp, Facebook) and an optional business logo.
When customers scan your QR code, we record the time and date of each scan. If a customer submits feedback through your card, we store their name, message, and the time it was sent.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide the Boostr service — displaying your review card, tracking scan statistics, and notifying you of new customer feedback.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train machine learning models. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Third-party services
Boostr relies on the following third-party services to operate:
- SupabaseDatabase, authentication, and file storage
- RevenueCatSubscription and payment management
- OneSignalPush notifications
- TwilioSMS delivery (Pro + SMS plan only)
Each service processes data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days. Scan records associated with your profile are deleted at the same time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, email us at support@tryboostr.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
